Barn Rental
                         Wedding/Reception
In the barn, on the terrace or veranda, or a combination
We only book for quest lists of 150 or below  $2850-

Price includes the following:

>Banquet style tables and chairs
>White or Black linens
>Use of the barn, terrace and veranda the entire day of the event
>Access the day before the event for decorating
>Access anytime before the event to plan and take pictures
>Use of the barn during the week for the wedding rehearsal
>You may use the barn for the rehearsal dinner at no extra cost (you caterer)
>3-5 parking attendants the day of the event (depending on the size of your 
         guest list)
>Clean up done by you the day after your event (we will do clean up for an
         additional charge)
>A small fire if you so choose and the weather is permitting
>Use of our historic home for the bridal party
>Interception of the cake or a place for the cake to be decorated
>       Table for the cake
>Set up of the cake when you are ready
>Ordering of all rental items thru our preferred vendor
>Coordination of all rental items pick up and delivery
>Johnny and hand washing station (up-grades available)
>Guest-book table with covering
>Gift table with covering
>        Up-right water or refreshment cooler
>Three door extra large refirigerator

Reserving the Barn/Farm for your event
A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve the barn for your event. Once we receive your deposit your date is set in stone.  One half of the rental fee serves as the deposit and is required to secure your date. The balance is due two week prior to the event.
